Dr. Baqai will participate in the plenary session of the 1st Pakistani-Russian International Conference, themed “The Evolving Pakistan-Russia Relationship in a Changing Global Order.” The session is scheduled for February 18th, 2025, at the Beach Luxury Hotel Karachi. The conference is jointly organized by the Office of Research, Innovations and Commercialization (ORIC) and the Department of International Relations at the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology, Karachi, in collaboration with the Institute of International Relations at Kazan Federal University, Russian Federation.
